The journal module allows you to organize trips in the Trips Module.

With the ability to classify trips as "business" or "private" and add trip descriptions, the journal can be presented to the appropriate tax authorities. In the case of an incorrect odometer reading due to technical difficulties, the read can easily be corrected in the Journal.

The SkandiFleet Area module allows you to define areas in four different shapes: a route, polygon, line and circle. Use this module as a tool to add functional details to the Map. The created areas are searchable. Make Area Groups.

Use the Event module to get real-time notifications on the status of your vehicles or review a history of vehicle activities. Customise the specific activities that are labeled as Events.

The SkandiFleet Tasks module allows drivers to create tasks 24/7 and easily manage them at any point. Easily import *.csv files to SkandiFleet from a 3rd party software. Based on your company's needs, use the Task module to customise worker forms, photo uploading, document signing procedures, and more.

This module allows the user to track vehicle-related expenses and provides a quick, systematic and comprehensive overview. Fuel consumption is a priority. Using only expense receipts, the module keeps a record of actual fuel consumption. Data is imported from fuel vendors.

Using a special GPS device equipped with 3G sensors, the SkandiFleet system monitors the driver´s behavior on the road in real-time. It tracks sudden acceleration, braking and turns. All of these unexpected vehicle movements can be categorised as 'events' in the Event module and displayed on the map.

Green Driving is a set of functionalities on the map and in the Reports module.

With the Booking module, company vehicles are utilized as efficiently as possible by providing the maximum load with a minimum number of vehicles. The SkandiFleet booking system assigns vehicles according to the user's needs and organisation settings. This ensures that all company vehicles are equally utilized to provide the most efficient vehicle usage possible.

The Customers module allows you to import and edit the existing customer database in SkandiFleet. The customers are displayed on the map by using their exact coordinates.The customers can be grouped by different colors and shapes to easier detect them on a map. It is also possible to link specific tasks with specific customers.

The Messages module provides the ability for two-way communication through Garmin, or alternatively through SMS or E-mail. Communicating with the drivers through Garmin navigators instead of phone calls or SMSs saves on roaming costs. Destination coordinates and comments can be sent directly to the Garmin navigator.

The SkandiFleet Mobile APP for iOS and Android allows you to manage your fleet management problems wherever you are. The user-friendly interface is perfect for workers at any level in the company.

Use the SkandiFleet Tacho module to track driver activities and location in real-time with number values, see an overview of any violations as they happen, and download the tachograph files for any driver.

The SkandiFleet Assets module monitors the organization’s inventory and can track individual items. Each item can be tagged and tracked by a GPS device. Items can have several tags, such as a barcode, various security devices and others.

KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is a quantifiable metric that reflects how well an organization is achieving its goals and objectives. The SkandiFleet KPI module monitors the organisation’s most important indicators (such as fuel usage, driving distance etc.) and provides an accurate and quick overview. KPI is an easier and more effective method than observing and comparing the report data.

The Reminders module allows you to plan maintenance and repair for the company vehicles, as well as keep an unlimited maintenance log.

With the Reports module, you can download charts with detailed information on your vehicles. The Reports includes several types of reports (daily reports and period reports) and report specifics can be customised by the user. The reports can be periodically sent through e-mail without even logging into SkandiFleet. They can also be exported and edited outside of SkandiFleet.
